  • TICKETS

    The Ottawa BlackJacks game day tickets are digital through Ticketmaster. Tickets should only be downloaded to your mobile device that you will bring to the game. We recommend downloading your tickets for all games in advance of the season. Click here for further instructions, or click here to log in to your Ticketmaster account.



  • POST-GAME AUTOGRAPH SESSION

    After every game, fans have the opportunity to meet members of the team and have their BlackJacks merchandise signed by their favourite Ottawa BlackJacks players during the team's autograph session taking place courtside beside the VIP lounge.

  • OFFICIAL TEAM MERCHANDISE

    BlackJacks merchandise is available in-store at the Lansdowne Sports Shop, online, and at the Arena at TD Place near Gate 2 during every BlackJacks home game.

  • ACCESSIBLE BUILDING

  • CASHLESS

    TD Place is entirely cashless. Debit and Credit cards will be accepted at all points of sale.

  • TRANSIT

    Your event ticket at TD Place gets you free transit service starting three hours before the event, during the event, and for three hours after the game on all OC Transpo routes. Click here for more information about transit.

  • PARKING

    TD Place Parking is vast to accommodate the everyday Lansdowne crowd. However, on event days, parking is limited. We always recommend to pre-purchase your parking ticket in advance to secure your spot. Please click here to  reserve a parking spot prior to your event.

    The TD Place Box Office is located at Gate 3. 

  • GATE TIME

    Gates open one hour before tip-off. We encourage our fans to arrive early.

  • BAGS & ITEMS POLICY

    All bags will be inspected upon entry. Prohibited items in the stadium include:

     

    -Professional cameras

    -Laser pens or laser products of any type

    -Inappropriate signs or banners
