DIGITAL TICKET GUIDE

This step-by-step guide will help you access your tickets and walk you through how to manage your tickets for the 2025 BlackJacks Season.


Downloading Tickets


  • Visit am.ticketmaster.com/blackjacks on your Mobile Device. 
  • *Please Note you must use your mobile device to save your tickets to your phone.
  • Select “Sign In”.
  • Click “My Events”.
  • Select Event you want to Download.
  • Select Ticket you want to Download.
  • Click “Save to Phone” or “Add to Wallet” to save to your mobile wallet. 
  • Check your digital wallet to make sure you’re ready to go!

Transferring Tickets:


  • Visit am.ticketmaster.com/blackjacks on your PC or Mobile Device .
  • “Click Sign In”.
  • Log In Using your Ticketmaster E-Mail & Password.
  • Click “My Events”.
  • Click “Select Event” for the game/tickets you want to transfer.
  • Click “Transfer”.
  • Select the Ticket(s) you want to transfer & click Continue.
  • Enter the E-Mail Address of the Recipient & Complete Transfer.

Redeeming Flex Vouchers


  • Visit am.ticketmaster.com/blackjacks
  • Click “Sign In”.
  • Log In using your Ticketmaster E-Mail & Password.
  • Forgot your password, or don’t have a Ticketmaster account? Select the Forgot Password or “Sign Up” options to login. 
  • Click “My Events”.
  • Click “Select Event” on your 2025 BlackJacks Voucher Pack.
  • Click “Exchange.
  • Select the number of vouchers you’d like to redeem & Click Continue. 
  • Pick your game and click “Select Event”.
  • Select Your Seats in Your Eligible Sections and complete your exchange process.
