March 30, 2023

The Ottawa BlackJacks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced Thursday that single game tickets for the 2023 BlackJacks regular season are now on sale.

The Ottawa BlackJacks will offer exciting professional basketball and entertainment in a family-friendly environment at the Arena at TD Place in historic Lansdowne Park. Tickets start as low as $35 and offer fans various seating options.

Led by General Manager and Vice President of Basketball Operations Jevohn Shepherd and Head Coach James Derouin, the 2023 BlackJacks roster will feature familiar faces on the court, including local forward Maxime Boursiquot, national team guard Kadre Gray, and Canadian forward Jackson Rowe. Ottawa has been given the honour of tipping off the entire CEBL season on May 24 when they play host to the league champions, the Brampton Honey Badgers. This game will also represent the first TSN nationally televised CEBL broadcast.

Much more than a basketball game, the BlackJacks take pride in showcasing local talent through various themed games, in-game activations and halftime shows. With the return of the energetic in-game host, Bobby Brugal and resident DJ, DJ TDOT, in addition to the team’s brand-new dance pak, the Capital Crew, fans can expect an atmosphere like none other from tip-off until doors close at the Arena at TD Place.

Committed to bringing communities together and celebrating the diversity and culture of basketball, the team will proudly showcase culturally diverse artists, businesses, and community leaders at every home game through various initiatives.

Fans may purchase single game tickets for the 2023 BlackJacks regular season here. The BlackJacks also have various ticket packages that allow fans to enjoy savings while securing their seats to some of the best games of the year, including season seat memberships, flex packs and group tickets.
